Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment.
For your convenience, outpatient appointments may be available. An "outpatient appointment" is an appointment that is fit into a veterinarian’s schedule when there is time between their regularly scheduled appointments. An outpatient appointment is first scheduled with our customer service team and a pet is dropped off to stay at our hospital for a portion, or the majority of the day to complete their exam and any necessary treatment. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
Standard exam appointments require 24 hours' notice for cancellation; otherwise, an $85 fee will be charged.
Surgery and dental appointments require 72 hours' notice for cancellation. Failure to cancel within that time frame will result in a $250 charge.
Payment Policy
We require payment in full at the time of service. We accept American Express, Care Credit, Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.
Privacy Policy
White's Pet Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients and patients. Your privacy is protected in our hospital we do not disclose personal or patient information without consent.
